May 30, 2019

As an example, my birthplace of Bradford PA is the home of Zippo lighters, where every couple of years fans assemble to meet, sell, swap, and chat about their Zippo collection. The Scotts' book, Fanocracy: How to Turn Fans into Customers and Customers into Fans will be released in January. In the meantime, David will be discussing the FANOCRACY Movement in speaking engagements, blog posts, interviews, and social media channels.
