The Warren !mpact problem-solving process.

Anatomy of a Campaign: Warren !mpact

As a designer, whether it be a 10-foot pink dog or a stunning embroidered baseball hat, when I need to bring a concept to life, the first person that I call is Brad Warren, Jr. of Warren !mpact.

You see, W! concentrates their creative efforts into making someone else's great idea become a reality.

So after more than a half-century of performing this service, there is still some confusion in the marketplace. Warren !mpact is not a design firm, nor are they an advertising agency; they are an idea facilitator, fabricator, and creative project management company.

So, to communicate this message clearly and concisely, through collaboration, we developed the following multi-step campaign.

  1. An infographic was created to demonstrate "The Process." (above)

  2. The W! Process Graphic and a written description then became a 2-sided printed card that was placed in an envelope and sent via traditional snail mail. The back of the card provides a summary of the company's success stories as well as their areas of specialty.

  3. To W!'s loyal email subscribers, an electronic version of the printed card was sent out but with one significant addition. At the bottom of the email, there is an offer for a free mousepad.

  4. How do you get a free mousepad? Call 617.203.2093 or email radcat@warren-impact.com, and you will soon receive a package that includes: a custom square envelope, an Optimal Mouse Performance Device (mouse pad) and an upbeat and informative letter.

So there, in a nutshell, is a campaign that blends a consistent message concerning Warren !mpact's problem-solving process, traditionally printed correspondence, and a useful promotional device. Of course, this is all backed up by warren-impact.com, the firm's virtual company headquarters.
