OFF THE CUFF BUT ON THE RECORD

June 19, 2019

My good friend and client, David Meerman Scott has been conducting an interesting experiment involving the ever-swelling posse of Presidential Candidates.

Over the past few weeks, David has traveled to the nearby state of New Hampshire to attend town hall meetings where candidates enter a plethora of media boilerplate questions.

So far, he has stood with a microphone in hand and asked the same question, “Outside of your work and your family, what are you a fan of, what are you passionate about?”

Suddenly caught off-guard by the outside the box inquiry, it is both fun and exciting to experience their responses. This week, David has posted his interaction with Elizabeth Warren. Take a look and enjoy!

Also, please check out news about David's upcoming book, FANOCRACY: How to Turn Fans into Customers and Customers into Fans, which is due out in January, – Doug.
