EYMER BRAND Laboratories + Think Tank has enjoyed a tremendously fulfilling two-decade working relationship with thought leader, speaker, and author David Meerman Scott.
David’s next book (coauthored by daughter Reiko), “Fanocracy: How to Turn Fans into Customers and Customers into Fans,” will be hitting the shelves in early January 2020.
What is FANOCRACY? David and Reiko define their newly minted term in the following manner:
“People are hungry for true human connection. In a digital world where our lives are increasingly cluttered and superficial, we’re missing something tremendously powerful: genuine human connection. The relationship we build with our customers is more important than the products and services we sell them.”
To visually communicate FANOCRACY concepts, EYMER and the Scotts collaborated on the creation of several infographics. The multi-purpose illustrations are being used within the published piece and as visual aids for public relations and speaking events.
Developing infographics to decipher marketing concepts visually is nothing new to EYMER BRAND Laboratories. Over the years, we have worked with many hi-tech, life sciences, healthcare, and academic organizations to break down complicated information into bite-sized pieces.
